Getting started with chess, playing in your first tournaments, deciding what openings are for you, and everything in between can be daunting, overwhelming and where do you even start? I help brand new and beginner chess players get the skills to have confidence in their chess and the clarity to navigate learning what interests them.



MY COACHING METHOD FOR BEGINNERS

    Chess is pattern recognition, if you are enjoying chess your focus is on the game. If your focus is on the game you will improve and you will want to learn.

  • LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS

    Chess fundamentals will bring clarity to your games and will be the pillars you will stand on to becoming an intermediate and advanced player.

  • BECOME THE CHESS ENGINE

    We can’t bring the fancy chess engines to our games but you can learn to analyze your own positions so you will always have a plan in your games.

  • Never Played Before or played as a kid, and looking to get back into Chess.
